- What is included in ALL Inclusive?
Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.
- What time is check-in and check-out?

- How can I check bookings from other than the official website?
For information on reservations other than the official website (Rakuten Travel, jalan net, and other travel agencies, etc.), please contact each reservation site (travel agency).
- I made a reservation, but there are things I would like to confirm. How can I verify it?
For confirmation of the contents of the reservation, please fill in the reservation information (reservation number / guest name / stay date etc.) in the inquiry form and contact us.
- Can I use the lounge even if I have a meal or breakfast plan?

- Is the dinner drink free?

- Can I reserve a seat at the dining room?
We do not accept reservations for seats. We will inform you on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Do you have tableware for children or chairs for children?

- There are several kinds of menus for children in the kids corner. - Do you have barrier-free rooms?
There is 1 room where you can enter the bathroom with a wheelchair. In addition, there is a step to the bathroom.

The superior Twin was renewed in April 2024, with separate toilets, baths and wash basins.
Standard Twin (Mediterranean-style) is a 3-point unit bus that was renewed in April 2013.
The Classic Twin Room is a 3-point unit bus that has not been renovated.- Tell me about the futon laying.
We ask for self-service that you can lay on your own futon bedding in Japanese and Western rooms. If you need assistance, please contact the front desk.
- Can I have rooms close to each other?
If you can make a reservation with the same room type including the view, we can arrange in a nearby room.
- Do you have a smoking room?
There is no smoking room. Please use the smoking area.
- Do you have milky lotion, lotion, and cleansing?
There is no room available. It is in a large public bath for women.
- Can you tell me amenities?
- Please check the amenities of each guest room from here.Some amenities (such as shavings) are prepared next to the front desk. Please feel free to use it.
- Do you have room clothes?
There is room wear (Yukata). You can use it all in the building. Sizes other than yukata prepared in the guest room are available at the front desk.
- Can you see the sea in a Japanese-style room?
All rooms in Japanese-style rooms cannot see the sea.
- How is the air conditioner adjusting?
Switching between heating and cooling is a batch of the entire building and cannot be adjusted for each room.
※The air volume can be adjusted for each room.- Can I put my bed on a wall?
Standard Twin (Mediterranean) and some Classic Twin Rooms allow a bed to be attached to the wall.
- Please tell me the room where you can attach beds to each other.
superior Twin Room: If you make a request in advance, it is possible to prepare with each other.
Standard Twin (Mediterranean wind): Because there is a night table between beds, it cannot be attached.
Classic Twin Room: Some beds can be attached to each other, but we cannot guarantee your preparation.- Can I get into the room by wheelchair?
You can enter. There is a step in all rooms to the bathroom (including the unit bath).

- The basic bed width is a semi-double bed, 120 cm wide.
- Do you have a baby bed or bed guard?
Baby cots are not available, including rental items. Bed guards are available only in the baby room and there are no rental items.

There is no private bath.
- Do you have a water bath?
There is one water bath for men and women.
- Is the locker in the dressing room with a key?
It is a locker that can be used for free with a key.
- Can I use it even if I have a tattoo or tattoo?
- In principle, those with tattoos and tattoos are not allowed.However, it can be used only when a cover sticker of 8cm x 10cm can be attached and hidden.Cover seals are sold at the front desk (200 yen per sheet).
- Can I get help with bathing for disabled people?

- Can I put a baby in?
There are no restrictions on use. Baby bath chairs and baby baths are available for both men and women's public baths.

- Is there a step in the bath?
There are steps in the entrance of the dressing room, the entrance of the open-air bath, and the hot springs. There are places with handrails for both indoor and outdoor baths to enter and exit the hot spring.
- Can I use a day trip bathing?
Day trip bathing is not available.
- How old can children enter together?
Mixed bathing for men and women over 7 years old is not allowed.

- How do I get from Tokushima Airport?
- The Onion Bus, which operates between Tokushima Airport and Fukura Bus Terminal, is convenient. For more information, please click here.
- Could you tell me the route from the interchange to the hotel?
- Our hotel is located in the south of Awajishima, and the nearest interchange is [Awajishima Minami IC].Get off Awajishima Minami IC and proceed to the left direction "Fukura". Then, turn the end toward Fukura on the left (right toward Michi-no-Eki). Continue running for a while looking at the sea on your right hand, and immediately after the road sign of "Kagemura Nan-Awaji" appears, you will see the hotel sign on your left, so please proceed to your left. It is about a 10-minute drive from Awajishima Minami IC. Please get off the IC and turn left three times.Once you get close to the place where you can see the hotel (white wall building) on the cliff. Please note that the navigation may end there. It will take a further 2-3 minutes to the entrance with the hotel sign.

- Where are the recommended spots on rainy days?
Spots that are easy to enjoy even on rainy days include the Otsuka Museum of Art, Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall, Awaji Green Hall, Parche Fragrance Hall, Kaorujudo Hall, etc.
- What are the nearby restaurants?
There is a restaurant and izakaya in the direction of Fukura, about 10 minutes by car from the hotel. If you go to Sumoto City, which is about 30 to 40 minutes away, you will find more shops.
- Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is "Kikukawa Store" about 7 minutes by car from the hotel, and "Ion" about 10 minutes by car.

- For luggage storage before arrival and after departure, please use the dial locker in front of the lobby.
- Can I keep frozen and refrigerated items?
I don't take care of you. Please use the refrigerator in the guest room.
- Do you have a cigarette vending machine?
There is no vending machine for cigarettes.
- Do you have a microwave oven?
It's next to the front desk. In addition, the room is only baby room. Please ask the front desk if you need to be warm in other rooms.

- How many meters above sea level of the hotel?
The hotel is located about 60 meters above sea level. It does not apply to the tsunami inundation assumption area announced by Minamiawaji City.
- Please tell us about the earthquake resistance of the hotel.
This building was completed in June 1988, and is a building built based on the new seismic standards.
