What does ALL INCLUSIVE include?

Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Can you make early check-in and late check-out?

It is possible, but the following additional fees are charged.
(1) Rooms after 11:00:
・Excess time Up to 3 hours: 25% of the room charge
・Excess time Up to 6 hours: 50% of the room charge
・If the excess time exceeds 6 hours: Full amount of room charge
(2)Guest rooms prior to 15:00: You can use the room from 8:00 a.m. if you pay the full amount of the room charge.

Do you have any allergies?
The buffet restaurant displays the use of ingredients for 8 major allergies. (Egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut)
In addition, since the kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, please note that there is a possibility of a small amount of contamination, including handling at the foodstuff factory.

There is only a buffet restaurant "Le Sensoriel".

Do you have lunch?

We don't have it.

Does the menu change over consecutive nights?

Basically it will be the same menu.
The ingredients used are subject to change depending on the daily menu and stocking status.

Is the dinner drink free?

Dinner buffet drinks can be enjoyed in free flow (free) of alcohol and soft drinks.

Can I reserve a seat for the dining venue?

We do not accept reservations for your seat. We will inform you on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition, some seats, such as sofa seats, will guide you to more than 4 people.

Can I reserve breakfast and dinner time?

Reservations are not accepted. We will inform you on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, we have introduced a waiting system, so please use it.

Do you have tableware for children or chairs for children?

Yes.
In addition, you can enter the buffet restaurant by stroller.

Is there anything for children to eat?
There are several kinds of menus for children at the Kids Corner. In addition, there is also a menu for adults that is easy for children to eat.

Could you tell me the difference in room type?
<Clasht Inn Room> 3.4 floors 35m2 Non-smoking
This room is available since the establishment of the hotel. We are making repairs as appropriate. (Replacement of carpet, change of wallpaper, etc.)
This is a three-point unit bath, toilet, and washbasin.
<Standard Twin (Mediterranean)> 6th floor 35m2 Non-smoking
It was renewed in April 2013. [Mediterranean-style resort in the Seto Inland Sea] Based on the concept, this room is designed based on white and blue, inspired by the streets of the Aegean Sea (Greece).
This is a three-point unit bath, toilet, and washbasin.
<Spey Rear Twin Room> 5th floor 35m2 Non-smoking
It was renewed in April 2024.
The bathroom and the toilet are separate. The bed space is too small compared to classic twins and standard twins.
<Classic Corner Twin Room> 3rd to 6th floors 23m2 Non-smoking
This room is available since the establishment of the hotel. We are making repairs as appropriate. (Replacement of carpets, replacement of wallpaper, etc.) The hotel has a Y shape and has an elevator in the center. The corner room is the farthest from the elevator.
This is a three-point unit bath, toilet, and washbasin.
※You can't specify the floor.
Do you have any barrier-free rooms?

There is one room where you can enter the bathroom with a wheelchair. In addition, there is a step in the bathroom.

What is the difference between superior Twin and Standard Twin (Mediterranean) and Classic Twin?

The superior Twin was renewed in April 2024, with separate toilets, baths and wash basins.
Standard Twin (Mediterranean-style) is a 3-point unit bus that was renewed in April 2013.
Classic Twin is a non-refurbished guest room with a 3-point unit bus.

Could you tell me about the futon laying?

We ask for self-service that customers can lay their own futons in Japanese-style rooms and Japanese-style rooms. If you need assistance, please contact the front desk.

Can I have rooms available nearby?

If you make a reservation in the same room type including the view, you can arrange in a nearby room.

Do you have a smoking room?

There are no smoking rooms. Please use the smoking area.

Do you have milky lotion, skin toner, and cleansing?

There is no room available. It is in the public bath for women.

Could you tell me amenities?
Please check the amenities of each guest room from here.
Some amenities (such as beard sled) are available next to the front desk. Please use it freely.
Do you have room clothes?

There is room wear (Yukata). It can be used in all rooms. Sizes other than the yukata provided in the guest room are available at the front desk.

Can you see the sea in a Japanese-style room?

All rooms in Japanese-style rooms do not see the sea.

How is the air conditioner adjusted?

Switching of heating and cooling is a lump-sum building and cannot be adjusted for each guest room.
※The air volume can be adjusted for each guest room.

Can I put my bed on the wall?

Standard Twin (Mediterranean style) and some Classic Twin Rooms allow a bed to be attached to the wall side.

Please tell me the rooms where you can attach each other's beds.

superior Twin Room: If you make a request in advance, you can prepare each other with beds.
Standard Twin (Mediterranean): Because there is a night table between beds, it cannot be attached.
Classic Twin Room: Some beds can be attached to each other, but we cannot guarantee the preparation.

Can I get to my room by wheelchair?

You can enter. In addition, there is a step in all rooms in the bathroom (including unit bath).
In addition, a stepping stone can be prepared, so please ask the front desk if you wish. (Only a first-come, first-served basis)

Could you tell me the bed width?
The basic bed width is a semi-double bed, 120 cm wide.
For details, please refer to the information of each guest room.
Do you have a baby bed or bed guard?

Baby cots are not available including rental items. Bed guards are available only in the baby room, and there are no rental items.
If you are worried, we recommend using a Japanese-style room with a mattress or a Japanese-Western style room type (junior suite) room.

Please tell me the amenities of the baby room.

There is one water bath for men and women.

Do you have a locker in the dressing room?

It is a locker that can be used for free with a key.

Can I use it even if I have a tattoo or tattoo?
In principle, people with tattoos and tattoos are not allowed.
However, it can be used only when you can hide it with a cover sticker of 8cm x 10cm.
Cover seals are sold at the front desk (200 yen per sheet).
Can I help people with disabilities take a bath?

There is no support service for staff.

Can I put baby in?

There are no restrictions on use. Baby bath chairs and baby bath are available for both men and women's public baths.

Are there any steps in the bath?

There are steps on the entrance of the dressing room, the entrance of the open-air bath, and the hot springs. There are places with handrails for both indoor and outdoor baths when entering and exiting the hot spring.

Can I take a day trip bath?

Day-trip bathing is not available.

How old are children (other sex) allowed together?

Mixed bathing for men and women over the age of 7 is not allowed.

About Access

How do I get from Tokushima Airport?
The Onion Bus, which operates between Tokushima Airport and Fukura Bus Terminal, is convenient. For details, please click here.
Could you tell me the route from the interchange to the hotel?
This hotel is located south of Awajishima, and the nearest interchange is [Awajishima Minami IC].
Get off the Awajishima Minami IC and proceed to the left "Fukura" direction. Next, go to the left direction of Fukura (right direction toward roadside station). Continue running for a while looking at the sea on your right hand, and immediately after the road sign of "Kakamura Minami-Awaji" appears, you will see the hotel sign on your left, so please proceed to your left. It is about a 10-minute drive from Awajishima Minami IC. Get off the IC and turn left three times.
Once you get close to the place where you can see the hotel (white wall building) on the cliff. Please note that navigation may end there. It will take another 2-3 minutes to the entrance with the hotel sign.
Is there a free shuttle bus?
The UZU LOOP Free Shuttle Bus will be operated from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

Where can I enjoy with my children?

Uzushio Cruise, Awaji Farm Park Inn Grand Hill, Awajishima Ranch, Awajija no Hire Outdoor Resort, World Park ONOKORO, Parche Fragrance Museum, Nijigen No Mori, Akashi Kaikyo National Government Park, etc. There are playground equipment and facilities for children.

Where do you recommend on a rainy day?

The Otsuka Museum of Art, Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall, Awaji Green Hall, Parche Fragrance Hall, Kaorujudo Hall, etc. are easy to enjoy on rainy days.

What are the restaurants in the neighborhood?

There is a restaurant and izakaya in the direction of Fukura, about 10 minutes by car from the hotel. If you go to Sumoto City, which is about 30 to 40 minutes away, you will find more shops.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

"Kikukawa Store" is about 7 minutes by car from the hotel, and "Ion" is about 10 minutes by car.

Is there a drugstore nearby?
