Can I reserve breakfast and dinner time?

We do not accept reservations. We will inform you on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, we have introduced a waiting system, so please use it.

Do you have children's tableware, children's chairs, etc.?

Yes, there is. Cookhan is also available. (Limited on a first-come, first-served basis)
You can also enter the buffet restaurant with a stroller.

Do you have anything that children can eat?
There are several kinds of menus for children in the kids corner. In addition, there is also a menu for adults that is easy for children to eat.

This is a three-point unit bath, bath, toilet and washbasin.
<Standard Twin ( Mediterranean Wind)> 35m2 on the 6th floor Non-smoking
It was renewed in April 2013. The Mediterranean Sea Resort in the Seto Inland Sea Based on the concept, this guest room is designed based on white and blue, inspired by the streets of the Aegean Sea (Greece).
This is a three-point unit bath, bath, toilet and washbasin.
<Speare Twin Room> 35m2 on the 5th floor Non-smoking
It was renewed in April 2024.
The bath and toilet are separate. The bed space is too small compared to classic and standard twins.
<Classic Corner Twin Room> 3rd to 6th floor 23m2 Non-smoking
This room has been opened since the hotel was founded. We are carrying out repairs as appropriate. The hotel is Y-shaped and has an elevator in the center. (Replace carpet, Replacement of wallpaper, etc.) It's the corner room farthest from the elevator.
This is a three-point unit bath, bath, toilet and washbasin.

What is the difference between superior Twin, Standard Twin, and Classic Twin?

The superior Twin was renewed in April 2024, with separate toilets, baths and wash basins.
Standard Twin (Meterranean Sea) is a guest room that was renewed in April 2013 and is a 3-point unit bus.
The Classic Twin is an unrenovated guest room and is a 3-point unit bath.

Could you tell me about the futon mat?

We ask for self-service that customers can lay their own futons in Japanese-style and Western-style rooms. If you need assistance, please contact the front desk.

Is it possible to have rooms ready nearby?

If you make a reservation for the same room type, including the view, you can arrange in a nearby room.

Do you have a smoking room?

There are no smoking rooms. Please use the smoking space.

Do you have any milky lotion, lotion, or cleansing?

It is not available in the guest rooms. It's in a women's public bath.

Could you tell me about amenities?
Please check here for the amenities of each guest room.
Some amenities (combs, toothbrushes, beards, cotton, etc.) are available next to the front desk. Please feel free to use it.
Do you have room clothes?

There is room wear (Yukata). You can use it at all in the building. The size other than the yukata provided in the guest room is available at the front desk.

Do you see the sea in a Japanese-style room?

All guest rooms in Japanese-style rooms cannot be seen in the sea.

How is the air conditioner adjustable?

Switching between heating and cooling is all at once, and adjustments for each guest room cannot be made.

Can I put the bed on the wall?

Standard twin (underground sea breeze) and some classic twin rooms allow one bed to be attached to the wall side.

Please tell me the rooms where you can attach beds to each other.

superior Twin Room: If you make a request in advance, you can prepare beds with each other.
Standard twin (underground sea breeze): Because there is a night table between beds, it cannot be attached.
Classic twin room: Some beds can be attached to each other, but we cannot guarantee the preparation.

Can I enter your room with a wheelchair?

You can enter. In addition, there are steps in all rooms in the bathroom (including unit bath).

Could you tell me the width of the bed?
The basic bed width is a semi-double bed and is 120cm wide.

Do you have a crib or bed guard?

Baby cots are not available, including rental items. Bed guards are available only in the baby room and there are no rental items.
If you are worried, we recommend that you use a Japanese-style room with a mattress or a Japanese-Western style (junior suite) room.

Could you tell me about the amenities in the baby room?

Is the locker in the dressing room locked?

It is a locker that can be used free of charge with a key.

Can I use it even if I have tattoos or tattoos?
In principle, those with tattoos and tattoos are not allowed.
However, it can be used only when two 8cm x 10cm cover stickers can be attached and hidden.
Cover seals are sold at the front desk (200 yen per sheet).
Is it possible to have a disabled person assist in bathing?

There is no support service for the staff.

Do you have a chair or cane for the disabled?

Can a baby put it in?

Do you have any steps in the bath?

There are steps at the entrance to the dressing room, entrance to the open-air bath, and the bathtub. There are places with handrails for both the inner and open-air baths when entering and exiting the bathtub.

Day bathing is not available.

How old do children (the opposite sex) join together?

We do not accept mixed bathing for men and women aged 7 and over.

How do I get there from Tokushima Airport?
The Onion Bus, which operates Tokushima Airport ⇔ Fukura Bus Terminal, is convenient. Please check here for details.
Could you tell me the route from the interchange to the hotel?
This hotel is located south of Awajishima, and the nearest interchange is [Awajishima Minami IC].
Get off the Awajishima Minami IC and proceed to the left "Fukura" area. Next, go to the left "Fukura" area (right is the roadside station area). Continue running for a while while looking at the sea to your right, and as soon as the road sign of "Kakamura Minami-Awaji" appears, you will see the hotel sign on your left, so please proceed to your left. It's about 10 minutes by car from Awajishima Minami IC. Get off the IC and turn left three times.
Once approaching the place where you can see the museum (white wall building) on the cliff. Please note that the navigation may end there. You will need to proceed 2-3 minutes to the entrance with the hotel sign.
Do you have a free shuttle bus?
This is a shuttle bus operated by Nandan Bus. You can't make a reservation.

Where's the nearest bus stop?
The nearest from Keihanshin is "Fukura Bus Terminal", and the nearest from Shikoku is "Awajishima Minami Interchange".
If you use the Fukura Bus Terminal, a shuttle bus runs regularly between Hotel and Nanairokan.
