What is included in ALL Inclusive?

Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Can I make early check-in or late check-out?

It is possible, but an additional fee will be charged below.
(1) Room use after 11:00:
・Excess time Up to 3 hours: 25% of the accommodation fee
・Excess time Up to 6 hours: 50% of the accommodation fee
・Excess time: If you exceed 6 hours: Full amount of room charge
(2)Room use before 15:00: If you pay the full price, you can use the room from 8:00 in the morning.

Could you tell me about the settlement?

Please pay it when you arrive. In the case of individual reservation, it is also possible to pay for each room.

When will the cancellation fee be charged?
There is basically no cancellation fee for bookings from the hotel official website until 18:00 the day before.
However, there are plans in which a cancellation fee will be charged 100% after the reservation is completed, so please check the details of each plan.

The buffet restaurant displays the use of ingredients for 8 major allergies. (Egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut)

Can I reserve a seat at the dining venue?
We do not accept advance reservations for seats at the hotel's buffet restaurant, and we will guide you in front of the venue on the day.
※If the first time is full, please read the QR code for order reception with a smartphone, etc., and notify us as soon as the seat is ready.
Depending on the congestion situation on the day, information may be around 20:00, so we may not be able to meet your desired time.

<Standard Twin (Mediterranean Wind)> 6th floor 35m2 Non-smoking
It was renewed in April 2013. 【Mediterranean wind resort in the Seto Inland Sea】 Based on the concept, this room is designed based on white and blue, inspired by the townscape of the Aegean Sea (Greece).
This is a three-point unit bath, toilet, and washbasin.
<Spey Rear Twin Room> 5th floor 35m2 Non-smoking
It was renewed in April 2024.
Baths and toilets are separate. The bed space is too small compared to classic twins and standard twins.
<Classic Corner Twin Room> 3rd to 6th floors 23m2 Non-smoking
It is a room that has existed since the establishment of the hotel. We are carrying out repairs as appropriate. The hotel is Y-shaped and has an elevator in the center. This corner room is the farthest place from the elevator.
This is a three-point unit bath, toilet, and washbasin.

Do you have barrier-free rooms?

There is one room where you can enter the bathroom with a wheelchair. In addition, there is a step to the bathroom.

What is the difference between superior Twin, Standard Twin, and Classic Twin?

Superior Twin was renewed in April 2024, with separate toilets, baths, and wash basins.
Standard Twin (Mediterranean Wind) is a 3-point unit bus that was renewed in April 2013.
Classic Twin is a 3-point unit bath that has not been renovated.

Tell me about your futon bedding.

We ask for self-service to be laid by the customer for futon bedding in Japanese and Western rooms. If you need assistance, please contact the front desk.

Can I have rooms nearby?

If you can make a reservation with the same room type including the view, we can arrange in a nearby room.

Do you have a smoking room?

There is no smoking room. Please use the smoking area.

Do you have milky lotion, lotion, and cleansing?

It is not available in the guest room. It is located in a large public bath for women.

Could you tell me amenities?
Please check the amenities of each guest room from here.
In addition, some amenities (such as shavings) are handed to the front desk. Please speak to me.
Do you have room clothes?

There is room wear (Yukata). You can use it all in the hotel. Sizes other than yukata prepared in the guest room are available at the front desk.

Can you see the sea in a Japanese-style room?

All rooms in Japanese-style rooms cannot see the sea.

How is the air conditioner adjusting?

Switching between heating and cooling is a lump-sum whole building and cannot be adjusted for each room.
※The airflow can be adjusted for each room.

Can I put my bed on the wall?

Standard Twin (Mediterranean) and some Classic Twin Rooms allow a bed to be attached to the wall.

Please tell me the room where you can attach beds to each other.

Superior Twin Room: If you request in advance, it is possible to prepare with beds attached to each other.
Standard Twin (Mediterranean wind): Because there is a night table between beds, it cannot be attached.
Classic Twin Room: Some beds can be attached to each other, but we cannot guarantee the preparation.

Can I get into my room by wheelchair?

You can enter. In addition, there is a step in all rooms to the bathroom (including unit bath).
In addition, it is possible to prepare a stepping stone, so please ask the front desk if you wish. (Only on a first-come, first-served basis)

Could you tell me the width of the bed?
The basic bed width is a semi-double bed, 120 cm wide.

Can I use it even if I have a tattoo or tattoo?
In principle, those with tattoos and tattoos are not allowed.
However, it can be used only when a cover sticker of 8cm x 10cm can be attached and hidden.
Cover seals are sold at the front desk (200 yen per sheet).

How can I get from Tokushima Airport?
The Onion Bus, which operates between Tokushima Airport and Fukura Bus Terminal, is convenient. For more information, please click here.
Could you tell me the route from the interchange to the hotel?
This hotel is located in the south of Awajishima, and the nearest interchange is [Awajishima Minami IC].
Get off Awajishima Minami IC and go at the end toward Fukura on the left. Next, turn the end toward Fukura on the left (right toward Michi-no-Eki). Continue running for a while looking at the sea on your right, and immediately after the road sign of "Kakamura Minami-Awaji" appears, you will see the hotel sign on your left. It is about a 10-minute drive from Awajishima Minami IC. Please get off the IC and turn left three times.
Once you get close to the place where you can see the hotel (white wall building) on the cliff. Please note that the navigation may end there. It takes 2-3 minutes further to the entrance with the hotel sign.
Do you have a free shuttle bus?
The UZU LOOP Free Shuttle Bus will run from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
