<Baby Room>

Baby room for children aged 0 to 3 years. The design is different depending on the room type. Two beds are lined up on the floor where no foot is allowed, and this room is equipped with special equipment for babies such as bed guards and toys and picture books.

<Kids Room>

This kids room is recommended for children from 3 years old to elementary school age. The design differs depending on the room type, and you can enjoy a space where you can boulder on a floor with no soil foot and an oyster corner full of walls. There is a room with 1 double bed and a tent, and a room with a river-shaped bed with 3 beds.

<Facilities and Equipment>

We offer a variety of facilities and equipment so that you can enjoy your stay with your children comfortably.

■Kids Corner on the 1st floor

It is a private room type kids corner that anyone can use freely. You can take off your shoes and go up, so even small children can play with you. There is also a diaper changing table and a toilet at the back of the corner.
The kids corner has a priority area for babies aged 0 to 18 months, a ball pool for IKONIH, a play house, picture books and toys, children's slides, etc. You can have fun with your children.
It is a room where you can enjoy the view from the large window. You can see cherry blossoms in spring.

■Buffet Restaurant [Le Sansoriel]

You can use baby food (made ready-made) at the buffet venue for free. In addition, we offer tableware for children and chairs for children.
If you would like baby food, please contact the restaurant staff on the day.

※The menu of baby food varies depending on the purchase situation. ※We are limited to eating and drinking in the restaurant venue.

■Around the lobby on the first floor

There is a nursing room where you can change diapers, a toilet with a diaper changing table and a baby keep, and a priority parking lot for pregnant women (first come, first served).

Please ask at the front desk if you need to respond in a microwave.

■Public hot spring bath

There is a trash can for baby cots and diapers at the dressing room in the public bath.
Baby bath chairs, bath chairs for children, hand tubs for children, body soap and shampoo for small children are also available in the public bath.
If you would like a baby bath, please contact the public bath staff. (first come first served)

Q1 Do you have a cot or bed guard?
A Baby cots are not available including rental items. Bed guards are available only in the baby room and there are no rental items.
If you are worried, we recommend using a Japanese-style room with a mattress or a Japanese-Western-style room type (Junior Suite) room.

Q2 Please tell me the rooms where beds can be attached to each other.
A Room that can be attached to each other: Superior Twin Room
Since only a part of the classic twin room is available, we will keep it on request if you wish to attach beds to each other.
Rooms where a bed can be attached to the wall: Standard Twin (Mediterranean wind)

Q3 Is there a menu that small children can eat in the buffet menu?
A buffet menu also has a menu that is easy for children to eat, such as the following.

Q4 Are there dishes and chairs for children at the buffet restaurant?
A We have prepared chairs for infants and tableware for infants.

Q5 Can I reserve a seat at the buffet restaurant?
A We do not accept reservations for seats in advance. We will guide you in the order of arrival using the waiting system on the day.

Q6 How much is the facility usage fee and meal fee for infants?
A We do not charge facility usage fees. In the case of reservation from the official website, the accommodation fee (bedding fee) and meal fee are free if up to 2 children (under 7 years old) are staying with parents.

Q7 Can children use the night lounge?
A You can use it, but please consider the customers around you.

Q8 Do you have yukata or amenities for children?
AThere are three types of yukata: 90 to 110 cm tall, 110 to 130 cm, and 130 to 140 cm. Amenities include slippers and toothbrushes. (The number is limited.)

Q9 Do you have foam soap for babies?
A Baby Room and Kids Room are available. It is also possible to rent at the front desk. (first come first served)
In the hot spring public bath, there is a body soap shampoo that can be used by small children (click here for details), but if you ask the staff, you can also rent foam soap for babies.

Q10 How old can children (the opposite sex) enter the hot spring public bath together?
A Mixed bathing for men and women over 7 years old is not allowed.
