[Important] From September 3, 2025 (planned for about one week) Notice of temporary suspension of hot spring supply

Thank you very much for using Grand Mercure Awaji Island Resort & Spa.

Currently, in the large public bath of our hotel, there is a situation in which hot spring supply cannot be supplied due to equipment failure of the hot spring supply source.
For this reason, from September 3, 2025, we will carry out emergency facility inspections and renovation work.

Please note that during the renovation work period, indoor and outdoor baths in the large public bath will be provided in boiling water.

 

Hot Spring Suspension Period: Scheduled for approximately one week from Wednesday, September 3, 2025　　

※The schedule may change depending on the progress of facility renovation.

 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to our guests and guests who are planning to stay.

During the above period, you can use the sauna, water bath, open-air bath, and public bath as usual. (Hot water becomes boiling water.)

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in waiting for a while until the hot spring supply resumes.
