Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Grand Mercure Awaji Island Resort & Spa.

Due to a malfunction of the hot spring supply source, the hot spring supply of the large public bath was temporarily suspended from September 3, 2025, and it was provided by boiling water, but from 15:00 on September 5, 2025 (Friday) We will resume supply of hot springs.
In addition, on the occasion of this resumption, the hot spring supply source will be changed from "Nandan Onsen" to "Shiozaki Onsen". Although the quality of the spring is different, we hope you can enjoy the bath that is healed both physically and mentally.

We apologize again for any inconvenience or inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
We will continue to make every effort to ensure that everyone can spend a comfortable time.
