[Awajishima Three Years Torafugu] This is Awajishima brand food that has been carefully cultivated for three years at Fukura, the hometown of the hotel, facing the Naruto Strait. It was raised carefully along the Naruto Strait, where the tide is intense over a longer period than the general Torafugu. Please enjoy the taste, chewyness, and taste.
At the end of the pot, you can also prepare a porridge set (500 yen per person with raw eggs, condiments, rice) for customers who wish.
