Based on the base recipe, you will cook and sterilize yourself and attach the original label to be made yourself. There is no difficult task because the dedicated staff will also explain specialized processes such as wrapping the can lid and sterilizing mechanism. We use kitchen knives when cooking, but we also offer recipes that do not use kitchen knives for children and unfamiliar people, so you can feel free to experience them with a wide range of people.

We use the base recipe developed by Yamato Tsunoda, representative of "YOKACHORO FOOD BASE", which develops and sells canned and bottled foods and has been featured in media such as television.
It is a recipe that emphasizes the sweetness and umami of Awajishima onions, and only ingredients are Awajishima onions, salt, olive oil and water. No additives or chemical additives. In addition, you can add spices, seasonings and toppings brought in by customers to make only one can in the world.

About AINAS FOOD STYLE

Ainas Co., Ltd., headquartered in Awajishima, Hyogo Prefecture, is a comprehensive equipment company for vending machines, kitchens, and air conditioning. AINAS is a coined word for Awaji INdustry ASsist. We aim to be a company that assists the industrial development of Awajishima.

Based on our experience and know-how in the kitchen equipment industry for about 30 years, we have prepared a canned processing facility. On the island of Awajishima, a food country with a food self-sufficiency rate of over 100%, we will work on regional revitalization and the problem of food loss of wounds and non-standard products by promoting canned processing experiences, including tourism.
In addition, we will provide rental services for canned processing equipment and sell small-lot canned processing equipment. We will also promote local canned food "Gotokan", which sells canned food manufactured in various places with vending machines.
