"Shikoku Aquarium" is an aquarium that opened in 2020 under the theme of "Shikoku Aquascape". In the aquarium, the underwater world unique to Shikoku, such as the Pacific Ocean, the Seto Inland Sea, the clear stream Shimanto River and the Niyodo River, and not only biological exhibits, but also the culture of Shikoku and the environment that lives there are also expressed in the aquarium.

In addition to exhibiting creatures according to the theme of "Seto Inland Sea area", "Pacific area", "Clear stream / lakeside area", you can also enjoy special exhibitions, dolphins playing time, and feeding time for creatures such as dolphins and locusts, sea lions and seals.

It is a great spot for family and couples to visit, and you can see dolphins swimming against the backdrop of the beautiful sunset over the Seto Inland Sea at dusk.

The Shikoku Aquarium changes the spatial production of lighting and fragrances depending on the season and time, and every time you visit, you can stimulate your five senses, such as eyes, ears, and nose, and visit the museum with a fresh feeling.

The main route in the hotel can be toured with a wheelchair, including traveling by slope and elevator. There is also a nursing room and a diaper changing space, so it is fully equipped with facilities that even small children can enjoy with peace of mind, so it can be enjoyed by a variety of customers.

The museum shop, which is the last exhibition of the aquarium, consists of the contrasts of various "water blue", which is the basic color of the aquarium, and even the glittering people have a space structure inspired by the shore. There are many original products unique to Shikoku Aquarium, including real stuffed animals supervised by breeders, shark udon, smokushame wasanbon, logo goods and character goods. The museum shop is located near the exit of the aquarium, and you can feel free to enter not only from those who have come to the aquarium but also from the promenade.

In addition, the restaurant "Kitchen Setouchi", which has a feeling of openness overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, is composed of blue and green inspired by the sea and rivers, and uses Sanuki udon and olive beef. You can enjoy from Shikoku's masterpieces, such as fried chicken using Utazu salt, to a casual menu.

There are also cafes where you can enjoy limited menus, so please relax and enjoy the time spent in the museum along with the appreciation.
