The ZEN Retreat Lunch Plan is a Day time 4-hour plan where you can experience meditation and yoga in the sunshine, clear air, and magnificent greenery, and detox and retreat both physically and mentally. It is a zazen chair developed so that anyone can relax and work on zazen, so you can have time for Zen without pain in your body.

You can also enjoy original Zenbo dishes made by the chef with your skills, handmade confectionery, and ZEN experience (ZEN tea / ZEN book). In addition, there is an environment where you can relax and spend your time in a private room.

Zenbo Yasunei's original "Zenbo Cuisine" is a meal that prepares the mind and body, which is approached in consideration of changes in seasons and physical condition. We do not use animal ingredients, flour, oil, or sugar, and we try to eat that is kind to the body, with less burden on the body.

This is a unique building designed by Shigeru Saka, who won the "Pritzker Award", which is said to be the highest honor in the architectural world. The building is wooden, especially on a 100-meter wooden deck made of Japanese cedar, walking barefoot conveys the warmth and aroma of the tree to the body.
